All volunteers at Jersey Shore Elementary will need to complete the volunteer packet, volunteer affirmation and clearances listed below. Without these, you will not be able to volunteer at the school district.
For returning volunteers - The Volunteer Affirmation (PDE-6004) must be submitted every year (clearances must be renewed every 5 years).

Required for certain individuals – Federal Criminal History Background Check
This is required only for individuals who HAVE NOT lived in the state of Pennsylvania for the past 10 consecutive years. The code for PA public school FBI fingerprint clearance is 1KG6XN.
