Volunteers and grade parents at Jersey Shore Elementary will need to complete the Volunteer Clearance Requirements and Volunteer Application Packet as required by the District. This packet must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the JSE school office prior to volunteering. See below for information provided by the District.
For returning volunteers - The Volunteer Affirmation (PDE-6004) must be submitted every year (clearances must be renewed every 5 years).
